TYLER MCMANUS
Tyler McManus is an accomplished professional with a passion for driving success in the HVAC industry. A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Tyler earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in 2013. His career began with a strong foundation in the Industrial sector as a Hydraulic Specialist, where he covered multiple states, including Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. This role provided Tyler with a unique understanding of the technical and operational needs of various markets.
After several successful years in hydraulics, Tyler transitioned to the HVAC industry, starting his journey as a Territory Manager with Ferguson HVAC. He played an integral role in launching Ferguson's new location in San Antonio, Texas, where his expertise and customer-centric approach laid the groundwork for his future success.
As his career progressed, Tyler moved on to Texas Air Systems (TAS) as an Account Executive. During his time at both Ferguson and TAS, Tyler honed his skills working with contractors and building owners, building lasting relationships while expanding his knowledge of the HVAC market. His efforts in the San Antonio area resulted in notable success and solidified his reputation in the region.
Tyler's passion for innovation and dedication to helping clients succeed led to a significant opportunity when Ultravation approached him to start his own rep firm. Building on the success he achieved with this particular product line, Tyler founded The Right Products Group, a representative firm that partners with contractors and distribution partners to replicate success stories and deliver tailored solutions.
Today, Tyler is based out of San Antonio, Texas, where he lives with his wife and two children, ages 4 and 8. He is driven by the opportunity to champion innovative products and build key partnerships through a "pull-through" sales approach, helping both contractors and distribution partners navigate the HVAC landscape with personalized service and expertise.
